Ive been trying to call this place to schedule an appointment for the past week and I have gotten no answer. Dr. Chang is assigned as my husbands pcp and there is no way to contact the office.

Many times I called in, the reception who takes the appointment was really rude to me.  So he gave me a time available first, when I ask for what date, he told me if im deaf.  I told him "you did not give me the date first, you gave me the time."  When I told him, I cannot do it at that date, he hung up on me.Alvin Chang is a good doctor.  So far, the reception is horrible.  Sorry Alvin, I am changing doctor.  With my chronic headache, I don't need type of reception who does not respect people who is trying to make appointment and hangs up on people.Red

Dr. Chang is truly gifted in how well he works with his patients. We had a chance to have him care for my father for over a year and he was always gentle, kind, and understanding. Such a blessing to know him!
