Brian Dental Care

I am very disappointed with my latest visit to Brian Dental. In 2020, I was a client and had significant work done, including one implant and two crowns. I was initially happy with the work completed until last week when one of the crowns came loose. Upon contacting Brian Dental's office, I went in to have the crown reattached. However, my experience at the office was extremely unpleasant. After being assisted by the receptionist, I was placed in the dental chair. The dentist's assistant promptly removed the crown, and the dentist quickly determined that the underlying tooth had cracked. I was then presented with a bill of $200. It felt like a high-pressure sales situation, akin to buying a vehicle. Despite feeling uncomfortable, I proceeded with the service. During the procedure, the assistant mistakenly used the wrong machine to polish the crown, and the dentist had to correct her. After the crown was reattached, the dentist suggested making adjustments to my bottom teeth to prevent future issues, which I declined. Furthermore, I found the dentist's approach to be unnecessarily rough, and upon returning home, I noticed that the crown was not properly polished, and one side of the tooth was damaged. Overall, I feel compelled to advise against using this dentist's services. While they may prioritize clients during initial procedures and payment, the quality of care significantly diminishes when issues arise. It's disheartening to feel disregarded and solely focused on for financial gain rather than receiving adequate treatment. I strongly caution against considering this dentist for any dental work.

I highly recommend Brian Dental,, state of the art equipment, friendly staff, definitely will return again. Dr Ly was gentle and explained what was happening throughout the deep cleaning.

Brian Dental Care is a wonderful office. The staff impressed me. Jazmin and Amy were very nice, upbeat and made my first visit confirmation to return. Cliff was impecable. He is a skilled technician. He improved my smile and is very knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and provide me with helpful tips. Dr. Ly was excellent. She was able to address my concerns and also address immediate dental concerns that needed attention. 5 Stars for this amazing dental office. Mark Louis 02/29/2024

Amazing doctor and absolutely wonderful staff so helpful with insurance and explaining all treatments needed. I would highly recommend Brians Dental.
