    Came here on an emergency since i had been to GOLD COAST la habra before. I knew theyd have my patient x rays and record since id been to their franchise before. The only good thing was the assistants. Had wrong diagnosis done by Dr. Moshresfi. How do I know this? Went to the dentist I had been seeing a month ago and asked if I showed signs of needing root canal. He said NO. Totally neglected my discomfort clearly on wisdom teeth. I had a cavity on it which she didn't even notice i mentioned that wisdom teeth were bothering me and I felt it pushing my other teeth.... only to say no root canal.... for all I know I had periocoronitis and she neglected me... wrongfully diagnosing me costing me a tooth. You always want to trust professionals but they make mistakes too. This was on the wrong person a DA, RDA eligible person who knows dental..... Gold coast you have failed me ever since I started receiving treatment at your offices. Also when I came back here for crown no topical gel was applied for crown Dr didn't wait for me to be numb she just injected me and started work right away hurt and I felt on my gums... left super traumatized after treatment at this office. Dr Acosta you need to visit all your offices and have a rude talk to your dentists who work for you because they have failed and do not care for patients or your brand....

    I have been coming to Dr. Sanjari for years now and every time I visit for my appointment, I am greeeted with such professionalism and kindness. All of the staff is so helpful and friendly and I know I am in good hands for all of my dental needs. So thankful for all that they do.

    Cross posting here from Yelp so someone can see it and respond or assist. Will adjust or remove if there is help provided and action taken in a reasonable amount of time. If I could give this place a 0 I would. At this stage, I'm very disappointed by the experience and would be happy to take a call or even update my review if I can get someone to help in a decent amount of time. I requested my own records to be released on Monday this week and need them today/tomorrow - it's urgent. The form I was told to fill out and submit said 3-5 day turn around but I have received no response despite following up multiple times on the same thread and am left wondering what else to do. I have tried to call, email and go in person to the office and am not treated well - in fact, I'm spoken to as though I'm incompetent and it's rather rude. I've tried to explain that my goal is not to be difficult and that all I want is for things to be made right. This also relates to me being charged for a service I did not receive, which I paid for. The team did advise that I had the option to receive the services for free since it was charged for and "apparently" not rendered or I can have them send a corrected claim to my insurance to then receive a refund later on (may take longer than 45days). While this isn't ideal and I was made to feel as though I'm lying about receiving services (which you can clearly see in my mouth on my teeth and gums was NOT done), I'm fine with this approach. However, now I'm stuck without my records and no real help from anyone. Not to mention, I'm still in pain, and the work already down (crown and fillings) have required an adjustment and STILL hurt. Please assist in providing records asap and again, I'm happy to adjust my review but at this point there is no other way to seek help given that all my attempts have failed. Of note: I've left this office crying multiple times due to sheer frustration and poor treatment by staff.
