I begun a relationship in mid August working with Matthew Katz. He explain what tenant representations and how he works to facilitate a lease agreement with the landlord. Within 3 weeks he got us our office at the location we wanted and disclosed what was required by us to get the lease. There were some pitfalls on our part but he worked with the landlord to overcome these challenges. They are very dedicated professionals focused on the client and achieving results.
