Get ready to sweat! The trainers always encourage us to push further even when we hit our wall and feel like we can't go any further. We manage to eke out one more rep or set. Testing the limits of your endurance is a fun challenge unlocking  personal growth and earning a goodnight's rest & healthy meal.

Really like the workouts, like how it's a different area being worked on  every day, it's not boring like going to the regular gym. The energy that all the trainers have is so motivating and pumps me up. For me also working out helps me release stress and anxiety

The coaches have a great energy and are very helpful with new members. The environment of the gym is welcoming and you dont feel out of place, you have people from all fitness levels working out together. I really appreciate the motivation and feedback from all the coaches.
