I called this attorney and had a nice conversation with him. I decided to retain his services and called back to ask for cost and time frame. I spoke to a female (unknown name or title) who kept cutting me off mid sentence, thinking she knew in advance what the question was going to be. Then she answered questions that I did not ask. When I told her that was not the question I was asking, she repeated laughed as I tried to talk and told me she knew the question before I asked, and answered it. If this is how a client is treated before retaining the attorney, I cant imagine how they will be treated after . The attorney seemed good , but the office crew that you would have to deal with are awful.

Mr. Silverstein is very professional. He truly cared about my case and I would definitely recommend him. His fees were also very decent. They were always available when i had a question. I paid the last fee last saturday as we were just waiting for the sheriffs office to call us. I actually had a follow upcall from him personally today, he wanted to find out if we had regained possession of the property. I was not expecting it. That speaks of how engaged he is his with his clients. Thats why i decided to post a review and thank him one more time for taking on my case.

Best aggressive and knowledgable orange county ud attorney with 40 years of experience and a staff of pit bulls. Seriously, who else would you want to represent you? The negative reviews are most certainly from ignorant first time clients who dont know that the cards are stacked against you in the state of california. This office attempts to tilt the scales to equilibrium. Silverstein knows what hes doing. Let him do his job.

Mr. Silverstein is very knowledgeable in this arena, and he has made the process very easy for us.
