Zuffalo saved me so much money on the sell of my home. I initially listed my house for sale by owner because I didnt want to pay 3% to a listing agent which would have been $15,000. After two months on the market I went with Matt at Zuffalo Real Estate. He sold my house within two weeks and all I had to pay was $2,500. He came and took pictures of the house, posted it for us, put a lock box on the house, he did all of the paper work and negotiating for us. He was so worth the $2500 and should have gotten more for the great job he did for us. I would highly recommend him and this company if you want to sell your house but not pay ridiculous amounts to a real estate agent. They would be great to use if you are buying your home also. We are renting now but will look to use them when we are ready to purchase again.

Kyle and Matt were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We sold our house very quickly for the price we wanted and saved thousands by engaging their services. We highly recommend these young entrepreneurs.

I highly recommend Zuffalo Real Estate. They did such a great job marketing our home. They got us a great price in a short amount of time. They are both so professional and knowlegeable about the housing market. I really couldn't believe the quality we got for the price we paid.
