We were interested in a property that Power House Reality is representing on Mesa Drive in Oakdale California. We have lived in our home for approximately 12 years and currently like a lot of others have a lot of equity to work with and recently decided to buy a bigger home with the extras we desire rather than spend the money to upgrade to get there. Not knowing how the current market is Im not aware of what is required to even be able to make an appointment to see a property, much less start the offer process. I made a phone call to Misty Watson at the number provided to inquire about the property, hanging in the front of the property at approx 6:00pm and I am still in shock of how rude this lady was. She told me to text her my information, what I needed, my acceptance letter from whoever Im working with and when she was able she would get back to me on making an appointment to see the property. I asked her if I had to have an acceptance letter to be able to make an appointment to see the property and she said thats the only way she works she doesnt waste any time. I told her it didnt seem like she was trying to sell too many houses, and she let me know that she works for the sellers not the buyers to figure it out. It was very disappointing and discouraging and now I probably wont even spend the time to even go pursue that property because of the experience that she already made us have. You can have rules, be firm, and still BE NICE.!!! An experience that we were trying to be happy and excited about, that we work hard for was ruined because of a bad attitude and poor customer service. Definitely will not have anything to do with this company or agent in our future endeavors.
