Ms. Mannon seems to be under the mistaken notion that the sellers agent is working for her - not so; Clarence Olivera is my ( the sellers ) agent. He did an excellent job in this transaction and assisted her and her agent to get the deal completed - this despite the shady behaviors that bordered on unethical that her agent was doing. Clarence was able to keep this deal on-track and make a win - win out of it despite Ms Mannon having 2 of the 3 buyers of her property fall out. This pushed out our close over 3 months from what was originally agreed to. This is the 3rd transaction I have had using Clarence and he has always been courteous, professional, respectful and honest and gets the job done. He always looks out for the best interest of his client - after all, that is his primary duty. I can't imagine using anyone other than Clarence for my real estate needs !

I am dealing with this realtor thru a purchase of 1 of his listings. Apparently he isn't very fond of our realtor and is making our purchase a lot harder than I think it should be. I feel if you are profiting from a sale no matter who you're representing you should put your best foot forward instead of making it feel like you are making a bad decision in your purchase. I feel he's highly unprofessional & I know that if I'm ever in the market again I will NOT purchase anything again from this realtor.
