Overall, a great stay. Nice property with oversized parking and restaurant next door. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet if youre on the front side of the building, the highway is pretty loud on the backside. Only real complaint would be that the front desk staff was unwelcoming, didnt say hello and was smoking a cigarette at the front door when we arrived. However, the breakfast staff was very pleasant and breakfast included some good options and was kept clean and well-stocked.

Customer service was terrible. When we went to check in to the hotel nobody was ar the front desk. We stood in the lobby for a while waiting and finally someone came from the back room and got us checked in. The reason we picked this hotel was partly because it had a hot tub so I asked the front desk if the hot tub was open. She said yes. So that evening we went to get into the hot tub and it was barely lukewarm. We asked the front desk and she said she thinks Maybe it's broken. And then when we got back the room we couldn't figure out how to work the TV. So we called the front desk and she tried to explain over the phone what do and we followed her instructions but it didn't work. So we asked if she can send someone up to come help. She said she's the only one there so there's nothing she can do about it. It wasn't until 2 days later that they finally sent someone over to fix it. It was ridiculous. So we will never be staying here again. Also the floors were filthy. My foot stuck to the carpet. And the last complaint was the location was very noisy since it was right by the freeway.
