Unprofessional all they do is talk they dont do their job, I came in and they had me waiting 2 hours just to get x rays done. I dont recommend.

Horrible place!!!! Waisted my time!They cancelled my appointment twice!!! I took time off work for this and I live over 20miles away. Waisted my gas! They have a horrible system. Why do appointments if you cant keep them. Dont deserve any starts at all. Not one. Complete waste of time!!

It was a nightmare going to them for two crowns. They are know as botching referrals and charging you for services you already paid for. Both crown had done with them dont feel right but rather be done with them than continue. Now have better coverage with new employer.

The worst place ever! I went to get x-rays done for my wisdom teeth removal, even with an appointment I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get seen. After the x-rays I was told that they were going to check if my insurance covered the procedure and they were going to call me. Never received a called from them so I decided to call them instead. I tried to get in contact with the office in turlock for 5 days straight, I kept calling and calling and they never picked up, always ended say that they were busy eith others calls or it would redirect me to their costumer service agents (were I waited more than half an hour on hold). I was able to talked to an agent to make sure my insurance covered everything for the procedure and I was told yes. Tell me why I get a called the night before my appointment from the office saying that my appointment was canceled due to me not reaching out to them to confirm the appointment, after I explained to them that I tried to reach them, they tell me that I'm soppose to pay $1500 cause my insurance didn't cover the bone graft that the orthodontist wanted to put. When I asked if I had to get it, they told me that if I didn't pay for it my appointment would be canceled after i had talked to an agent and was told that everything was covered by my insurance.
