The customer service is terrible, it's ridiculous how many times I've called when having questions and no one can ever pick up the phone or give me a call back. I drove over there one day to get insurance on my other car and had called several times before going but no one answered but it showed they were open online, but once I got there no one was available, I waited 30 minutes and they couldn't even post a note on the door saying what time they would be back or that they were closed. Very unhelpful with their customer service
