        Manager was friendly and helpful, the clerk however, did not smile or make me feel welcomed. I've gotten better customer service from an ATM machine. Please encourage staff to assess how to give better customer service. A simple smile and tone of voice is more to language than the words said, so how u speak and the facial expressions u show guests, is what has the most value.

        I Have been to this branch many times and cannot believe the stress that this bank has caused me including the stress of cashing my checks. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.
