I lived there almost 2 year and after I moved out from they didnt not give my deposit back and they cut 400 only for cleaning even though I cleaned whole apartment they replaced whole carpet and tell me to pay 1200 more than deposit I dont recommend you guys its not worth money be careful guys .I hope my review will help you guys

They wont even allow you to look at your apartment before moving in but instead show you a sample room thats similar. What this does it prevent you from seeing any damages prior to moving in. So when you decide to move out they keep your deposit. I stayed for 6 months and they managed to get $4000 in damages that I didnt do. Not to forget the constant banging from upstairs and cockroaches this place should be shut down. Let alone the garbage would always be full towards the end of week and have trash outside your apartment that stinks. Super rude staff and managers hope this place gets whats coming for them. And if you see this please dont comment I didnt live here because I unfortunately did.

I wish I could give this place zero stars but its not an option! Its taken me a few years to write this review without any anger. In 2017, I was living at this complex when my apartment got broken into while out a brunch for my birthday. The thief came in during the day and took EVERYTHING of valueall my jewelry (stuff handed down from generations that is not replaceable ), all electronics, luggage, clothes, purses, shoes, etc! When I asked the apartment manager she told that she saw the man, whom she had never seen before, leaving the complex with a large load womans belongings but she never stopped him or even talked to him. She admitted something seemed off but she did nothing about it. She literally let him walk off with thousands of dollars worth of my belongings. When I asked why the thief didnt raise any suspicion for her she told me her husband recently passed and shes been having a hard time. I was speechless at the excuse she had provided me for allowing this man to rob me of everything. While I empathize with her situation she should have stepped down if she was unable to do her job at the time. The next incident was about 6 months later when I was out of town and maintenance was in my apartment completing work. I had numerous items taken including prescription medication. When I contacted her about the 2nd incident she told me it was my fault and someone must not like me! She took zero responsibility even though the whole complex was aware the maintenance team had substance issues. I was again speechless! I was able to move shortly after but the damage was done! This apartment complex is horrible to their renters and does nothing anything about the crime that takes place there on a regular basis. During my time there I experienced multiple shootings, drug dealers openly dealing drugs in the complex, theft in numerous apartments, and a complete lack of care for their tenets! It definitely is one of the nicer complexes in Turlock which is why I chose but it comes with a heavy price! My suggestion is to find a different place to liveanywhere is better than here!
