        GOLDEN STATE TAX SERVICE IS AN AMAZING COMPANY. THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING AND THEY HAVE ANSWERS FOR YOU WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS AND IF AT THAT MOMENT THEY DONT HAVE AN ANSWER. THEY WILL GET IT. AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO THE BEST THAT THEY CAN MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO HIRE TWO PEOPLE TO HELP WITH PHONES AND DIRECT CALLS ACCORDINGLY. YOU GUYS ROCK

        For those of you saying that they have attitude imagine all the phone calls they get because of the government lagging on returns it's not their fault I've been going to them for a few years now and I've never had a problem they really Thorough An informative As a matter of fact I'm going to go do my taxes today Just needed to wait for an unemployment 1099 And just don't be so sensitive people tax agents deal with alot.

        They do their job; got their work double checked with a CPA and they did good. The customer service is lacking from the ponytail guy though; not very welcoming, comes off as sensitive and stanoffish; work on that.
