Lady in the front to old for the job in the clinic she offers bad customer service and she is not even organized with the patients waiting list. I had my appointment at 9:00am I been waiting for a dam hour. I dont understand why in the world this clinic gives appointment if they dont have no respect for my appointment time. I came in with appointment and the lady in charge of calling the patient call first the people who came in with out appointment. So whats the point of getting an appointment if this employee dont care about my appointment. Not coming back dont think you are the only clinic here in Tulare.

I can never talk to anybody here. They put you on hold and never come back to phone. It's very Frustrating because they let there faxes for prescriptions pile up than act like it was never sent. Than I'm having to call CVS than back to calling them and being put on hold for 5 mins than hung up on.
