AAC Construction

I hate to put all the blame on these guys but I ordered doors from lowes last year and job should've been finished by October 2022 according to the contract. Doors and hardware not in until March 2023, not AAC fault however when they did install they butchered the trim and my baseboards and now I have to wait for more trim to come in with touch up paint. Nice guys but will have to wait and see on finished product. They were nice guys so I'll update review once job is done completely. Edit: job "done". These guys insulted my wife and said that they couldn't fix the issue. All they needed to do was caulk the trim and paint it. I mean I could do it but I paid for a complete product and these people did not deliver. I do not recommend anyone doing any business with these people.

Company failed to fully complete permit process for home window installation resulting in almost a year delay. Employee Ashley admits to intentionally avoiding communication with me. And I still don't have answers as to why the permit wasn't done properly almost a year ago. *update* 8/13/22 AAC never reached out to apologize or explain their failures...BUT they did block me on Facebook and removed their tag from my post. Just another reason to avoid this company. Service: Installation
