Highly do not recommend Had an appointment with them to show up They where a no show didn't even bother to answer any of my calls return any of my messages This company sucks balls

I have used Master's Touch twice now for cleaning my carpets. Both times these guys did a great job. They showed up on time, very pleasant guys and worked their butts. My carpets looked almost new (and I have teenagers and 4 dogs). They were competitively priced also. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good carpet cleaner.

The person I talked with would not respond to an in-home quote, so I agreed to a phone estimate.  When the person cleaning arrived on the appointment date, he said that the home was larger than he expected.  He raised the price quote to $35 more.  I was upset at this since this could have been prevented.What was the quality of the job?  You decide.  The worker insisted that that was the best he could do and even showed me two empty spray bottles that he used to treat the carpet.  He also stated that the job would take two hours (to justify the price increase) but finished in over an hour.Finally, their business card states that "all services include... rotary brush scrub.". Really?  I didn't see it. Would I hire them again?  No.
