I went in to get insurance yesterday and Gema answered my questions nicely and was very helpful and fast. They have outstanding customer service and definitely will recommend her to my friends that need car insurance to come to this place!

The agent misled us and told us that the deposit for auto insurance was all going towards the premium when most of it was the broker fee which wasnt mentioned to us. After reading the contract my dad didnt want to sign it as that was too much for him to pay for a broker fee and it not go to the premium. I had to speak to multiple people about it but they all refused to give him a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that he would notify him but we havent received a call from the manager or anyone else and its been a week already. They refuse to refund the money even though the contract hasnt been signed. They took advantage and took payment before sending the contract. Dont give them your money

Horrible service. All I need was to schedule an appointment with Javier and the young lady that answer the phone was rude and very unprofessional she hanged up on me because I didn't want to schedule with another representative. Definitely not recommended poor service!
