Dr. Washington is the best! He is so generous with his time. He listens and explains things well. Loc (I think Nguyen but I'm not sure) is extremely helpful and responsible at the front desk.

My huskies, Alita, Ashkii, and Yukon, initially disliked visiting the veterinarian. However, their experience at PetSmart with Loc and May completely changed their perception. Loc and May demonstrated exceptional care and compassion towards my Huskies, making it such a positive experience that I decided to make them my primary veterinarian service.

Doctor Washington has been like a breath of fresh air after so many disappointments in other vet offices. Its clear he truly cares for your furry friends and the owners deeply. My dog has gotten older and its evident he needs a vet who wants the best for him. Doctor Washington always asks questions and explains things clearly and slowly for the owners to understand rather than just adding in constant medical terms to throw you off. Im hoping to make Doctor Washington his primary vet now!

Doctor Washington was very attentive to Lucy and gave me great detail about Lucys current health and action plans needed. I appreciate all the info and knowledge I learned about my senior doggy.
