Recently Sergei helped us purchase a property in Rosemead for a very good price!! The property was originally listed at 799k but with Sergei's great negotiation skills we ended up getting the property for 730k. He was very clear throughout the whole process and guided us along the way. We had a very smooth escrow because Sergei's office also has an in-house lender that helped us with our loan process. We finished the whole process within about a month period! I already told my friends and family about him and will go back to him for more business. Great experience and even better results!!

Well let me tell you my families story with Equitymine...My family was in a stage where we were looking to purchase a house ASAP.
