Extremely unhappy with their cancellation policy, where they think it's okay for them to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, and insist that you reply to their many, many intrusive reminder calls and texts.

Dr. Melnyk and her staff is the best! She is very knowledgeable and accommodating with the procedures. I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and it was very painless. The follow-up appointments and additional preventive care is helpful. Her experience shows and she should be awarded accolades from the dental community. Talk to Christina to make sure your insurance is covered at the practice. They do get busy from time to time, but I recommend them!
