I received the most AMAZING customer service I have ever experienced at TAMAZULA TIRES! The night before flying home to Canada, I blew TWO tires hitting a pothole on Sepulveda Blvd while driving back to my hotel with my rental car in the dark in the pouring rain. I parked the car in a nearby strip mall and Ubered it to Tamazula Tires the next morning begging for a miracle and they DELIVERED! Jose went back with me to the car and retrieved the necessary numbers (in the rain) then drove to the nearest tire dealership and purchased two new tires. After bringing the two new tires back to the shop, he went back to the car and removed the flat tires (in the rain) and brought them back to the shop, showing me they were irreparably damaged. Then he went back to the car and put the new tires on (IN THE RAIN)! I was able to get back to my hotel, pack and return the rental car ON TIME enabling me to make my flight back to Canada ON TIME!
