I had them install carpet in two rooms while we have not even lived in the house where carpet was installed I noticed that it was coming unraveled. When I called I got a very pleasant lady and when I called today it was immediately how I would have to pay for an installer to come look at it. This is not customer service. Very disappointing as we are seniors with some health issues and right away its how much they are going to charge me for an installer to come out.

Besides competitive prices and great customer service, you should definitely also talk to Brian at Fred's South if you're someone who, like me, likes to have an in depth knowledge of the things you purchase. Brian is a walking encyclopedia of everything carpet related!
