Impression | Artisans of Limestone

I recently worked with them on a residential project. Very happy with the experience. Quality limestone, great designs and craftsmanship with a wide variety of options. The team at Impression Limestone made the whole process easy and stress-free - particular credit to Antonio who was a joy to work with. They worked closely with our architects and interior designers and their customer service made my teams life a lot easier for the duration of the project. Some of the best Ive experienced working on these types of projects, and definitely the highlight for me. Highly recommend checking these guys out.

Priced super high. You might be billed a lot extra in the end. No installation included even though most installers only install their own products...big trouble to schedule installer unless you pay a lot more to the installer they recommend (only one though). They will tell you they are not responsible for any thing once your order loaded into a third party truck but you can't really know whether items are fabricated right until you install. You might be charged a few thousand dollars for them to pack their own stuff you bought from them. Yes, you might be charged a couple of more thousand dollars as well for their shop drawing. However, you might not receive your shop drawing until full price paid. Terrible customer service... the terms they give you might get you into depression because they will not agree to start processing your order until you put down 50% of entire contracted amount (not just $10,000 deposit)...by then, you have to do everything they want you to do including charge you extra....what can you do? NOTHING. You already given them thousands of dollars...they will let you know custom made items can't be resold (fair), therefore you must pick up the stuff with extra charge (might not known to you before final payment UNFAIR)...Money Money Money ....but they are unwilling to take on any responsibility. No responsibility once loaded into 3rd party truck; no responsibility about installation. Almost like grocery store shopping but these are custom made limestone that cost many thousands of dollars...sometimes into million dollars... On top of all these frustrating processing, limestone will consume lots of your money later on maintenance. Every couple of years, you might have to hire people to go through the sealing chaos... material, labor and inconvenience. If you do not maintain properly, try to pour a little red wine or even drinks on top of unsealed limestone... see what happens...screwed up limestone like dirt into veins ...... to see clearer, try to drop some vinegar on top of unsealed limestone...regardless they come from France or other countries, you will see what happens with your own eyes. In contrast, precast stone can be made looking just like limestone or even better CARE FREE...BEAUTIFUL...almost all precast companies have their own installer. EASY TO WORK WITH...this is merely my personal experience and personal opinion. Do your own diligence. DO NOT SAY I DID NOT WARN YOU :) With current new technology, houses and museums can be very beautiful without limestone.
