        My boots were out of stock, so ordered them. Arrived within 1 week. Drove 30 minutes to pick them up, but the system was down and associates could not accept my PMA voucher. I left the store frustrated but tried again the next day. Called the store 3 times to verify the voucher system was up and running. However, there was NO answer either time. Now even more frustrated, decided to take my chances and drive another 30 minutes to your store. Arrived at the store parking lot where I could see the associates while my phone calls continued to be unanswered. Very unprofessional.
