Worst management company i have ever encountered, they are unresponsive, Roxy (not sure what her tittle really is) is always handling some personal issue or has a sob story as to why she cannot send someone out, there was a Nancy whom seemed to have gotten fired and was replaced by a Ginger none of which where ever responsive anyways. Im glad my property was sold, am hoping that this new mgt. Company is better. I didnt give them 0 stars as ot is not an option.

Five years ago I purchased an investment property in Torrance and rented it out myself. I kept having problems with almost all of my tenants to pay the rent on time and keep my property in order. South Bay Property Management was one of the many property management companies I contacted. Their rates were quite reasonable so I hired them and have had no regrets since then. Tim and Olga have always been responsive, courteous and have communicated clearly and timely on any issues. I highly recommend using them for your property management needs.

I'm very satisfied with Tim and Olga’s performance so far. They're very professional and helpful whenever I contact them with any issues. Response time is really good and they always follow up and make sure that I'm fully satisfied with any maintenance work done on the condo. What else can one ask for in a South Bay property management company?

Before we found South Bay Property Management, we had bad experiences with two prior management companies. We have been with SBPM for several years and can’t say enough good about their services. Tim Kelley is great and really knows his stuff! He has been a tremendous help in finding and screening tenants, communicating with them, troubleshooting any problems, and promptly taking care of any repairs at very reasonable costs. All calls and emails are promptly answered by Tim and his staff. We could not be more pleased with our experience thus far.
