My mom stayed there for two weeks after her hip implant surgery. We were very skeptical at the beginning because of the low ratings here but were pleasantly surprised. The staff, nurses, nurse assistants, physical therapists and the doctor in charge were all so professional and so caring. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is the food quality.

Best advice to all facilities is to stop trying to make money off the backbone of your CNA and Staff and pay their worth . Its difficult to give one Cna 10-12 pt when and someone decides to call it off. You will see happier staff as well as attended too patients...

All staff members are caring, kind and professional. Big five stars for this facility. My 98 year old mother-in-law had diabetes and arthritis before she was placed there, but they are gone after 4, 5 months' care, even though she still has some age related symptoms.

If I were you, I wouldnt bring your family or anybody to work here because they are so disrespectful and its all about favoritism so I recommend you not come here if you really care about your loved ones, dont come to this place this place is all messed up in the head. I hope they find help

I think providing one star for this facility is too kind. It is not clean, the Head Nurse, Ms. Hwang is an unprofessional joke and it's uncertain whether they hire enough qualified staff to sufficiently care their clients. They are not interested in the comfort appropriate rehabilitation for their patients and basically blame the patient if they aren't able to address their care properly. It is a horrible facility.
