Fernando and his team (Erica and Vina) showed true professionalism throughout my entire escrow transaction from being pre-approved to closing! They were prompt in responding to any question I had, kept me abreast of the changing interest rates, and spoke on my behalf to the escrow company regarding any request I wanted. I enjoy the videos which showed where I was in the progress and most importantly what to expect next! They made you feel like they truly wanted you to get the best service and rate! Would I recommend them? Absolutely. YES! Once you are pre-approved the process goes by so quickly to get funded. Delays? Absolutely none on my part and this was a relatively quick closing even with the unexpected, surprising, and extenuating seller circumstances! My personal recommendation once you start the process, stay organized, submit any request without hesitation immediately, and if you don't know or understand ask the question.
