We have done two transactions with Lesli this year and we have both wonderful experience. We started finding a new house from last year. We had met many agents including listing agents but in the very hot market like last year, we were not successful in many offers. Until we almost wanted to give up, we met Lesli. She is professional, always has the good advice as well as deep insight of the market. She worked well with other parties like lenders to make sure we have different options and have a best choice. The bidding war was crazy at that time, we were not the highest bid (in fact, we were $100k less than the highest bid), she went extra step to explain our situation to listing agent and seller. Thanks to her help, we had a chance when the highest bidder backed out, the seller reached out to us first, even though there were 10 other higher bids than us. The best part is that the price was close to appraisal which was not common in that crazy market. When we were in doubt, when we worry about the market, she explained to us to help us not miss this chance. Luckily, we took her advice. It was our best decision we have ever made. The more we stay in the new home, the more we love it. I am blessed everyday and cannot thank her enough. The buying transaction was so smooth that we trusted her 100% to sell our old house. The market started shifting. She had done a wonderful job, helped us to close the house quick, at the high price in that neighborhood. She updated everything to us frequently. Her connection to staging company and photographer helped us present our house at the best. She had done a lot of work in marketing. She never mentions but I was surprised when I found a website that was created for our house only. She sold our house just like it was hers, she thought of everything, paid attention to details. She even went out to source the best price for plants we needed to buy to decorate our garden. Even better, she bought, brought to our house (because we do not have a truck to ship them) and watered them. I mean how lucky we are to find an agent working with all heart like her. At the end of transaction, we had the professional report for everything from start to finish. Her advice is priceless, helped us make right and on time decision. We feel lucky to close the house quick, at high price while other houses had to have a deep discount. We are so thankful to have her as our agent. You can trust her in both buying and selling transactions or anything related to real estate. I cannot recommend enough.

As retirement neared, my wife and I planned our move to the beach. We started the journey by casually going to open houses in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Through this process we met Lesli Koontz. If the dream was to move, we can truly say, Lesli made the reality of buying and selling our home amazing. Leslie is knowledgeable in understanding the market, the sale and purchasing process, and how to keep the process moving forward. Our purchase included her selflessly showing us many houses. She provided her insight but did not try to push us to a purchase. Early on she made it clear she was supporting us, not selling us a house. She wanted us to find the house that would be, "Our Happy Place." After many showings, we settled on a house in Huntington Beach. Selecting a house is not the end of the story. Purchasing a home is a complex and cumbersome process. Leslie was very professional, informing us along the way, making sure we were clear of the purchasing process and when needed, she was tenacious on our behalf. We did not put our home up for sale until we were well into the final stages of the purchase. By this time we knew Lesli was a great agent and asked her to be the listing agent. She went above and beyond so our home would be seen at its best. There were multiple listings, a 360 degree tour and a website that you found by simply searching our address. She has a background in marketing and this was evident by the overwhelming response we had. The neighbors described the tours as "a parade with people just waiting to see." This was a daily parade, each day receiving offers which Lesli would review with us and help us evaluate. The offer we settled on was well over the asking price and set the high mark for homes in the neighborhood. Lesli was equally professional and supportive in the selling process as well. Buying and selling our home for a good price with little stress was due to Lesli's ability and commitment to us as clients. Her kindness, care and concern are evidence of her wonderful character and personality. She listened to our needs, made sure she understood us and in the end was always concerned that we would be happy with the results and process. So, me and my father stopped by the listed property in Carson, CA. on this past Saturday. When we arrived, we were greeted by, Agent Leslie Koontz at the front door. She welcomed us with big smile into the home as of it was already ours. She provided us with a color copy of the listed property sale details. She gave us a tour of the downstairs and directed us to see the backyard and upstairs. The home was presented to us in a very beautiful and professional manner. And the highlight was, she had GOOD snacks for the potential buyers :-). It felt good to know there are still nice people genuine people in the world. Although the home was a little out of my price range, Im sure whomever works with, Lesli on the purchase will be treated right. I know who Im using when Im ready to sell.
