Quest Diagnostics

This is a really bad company to deal with. To make appointment only automated. When I got there the computer could not find my qcode. So I stood by the window 15+ minutes. There is no receptionist because this cheap company does not have any. So I put myself on wait list but the labotomist said sorry you need to be here before 11 because it has to be sent out before 1pm they go to lunch at 12:30. So they can't help me. Come back next day as walk in. I would have know that if a human made the appointments and not a website. I am doing a breast cancer study for USC. I am sure that is their big client. I don't know why USC deals with them.

Great lab! I showed up right at opening time and checked in for my appointment right from my phone. Christina took me in immediately! Whole thing took 5 minutes! Very quick and efficient.

I definitely had an excellent experience at this location. Even with me being a walk in and having multiple appointments ahead of me, I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. The lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely give this place a 10/10
