Angie the person checking in was super rude, they have people waiting forever and poor attitude she said it takes 20-30 min to check a person in. Terrible customer service. I called in the am was told they take outside lab orders I drove all the way there to be told they dont. Rhonda the manager basically told me she didnt know why customer service would say that. Dont go here!!

I went here today for my blood work. I must say, this was my worst exeperience. I had several blood works in the past and today was traumatic, up to this very minute, the part where I was poked still hurts. The phlebotomist was mean, I set her expectations that it is hard to draw blood from me, she went on and poke me the first time, and she was quite upset because the flow was too slow. She was acting as if it was my fault that the blood was not flowing fast, she looks mad. I was already in pain so she pulled the needle. She asked me if I drank water, I told her, I had three bottles before I went there, she asked when was it, I told her, like few minutes ago, I finished half of the third bottle, and she was like, oh that should be taken 30 minutes before in a very condescending tone. I offered my other arm, I told her, if you want you can try here, the right arm. She never responded, went ahead and put on the torniquet and poked me right away on the same arm, the left one, but this time the lower side. That was the first time I was poked on that side and that was the most painful one. She was too aggressive and mean. Even the receptionists were rude and mean. I asked one of them what was the name of the lady who drew my blood and she said she didn't know, which is impossible. Then I told them my experience, and the other girl from the front desk goes, "we can poke you anywhere." I know thay can poke where there is a good vein, but normally and others I had an encounter with will always ask you for your consent first, and will make sure you are comfortable and ask you if it hurts. But in this lab, it was a total opposite. I don't know if these ladies are going through some tough times today, which not only happens to them but to all of us, but it does not cost a cent to be kind.
