The most unresponsive health care office I have been a patient of. Is it possible to give negative stars? They will tell you they will call back and wont...literally every time. Its a shame a place like this is even allowed to stay in business when dealing with peoples lives. If you have serious issues go somewhere else or get ready for the clown show.

Beware, the billing department is incompetent. I over paid them and its been three months and they still havent returned my money. The worst part is they said theyll mail me out a check so Ive been waiting for a month already. Then they said they would return it to my credit card and they couldnt.. theyve been giving me the runaround since day one. im gonna go to my bank to dispute the charges.

Fraudulent billing department - My husband CALLED to ASK about an appointment, NEVER ENDED UP SEEING A DOCTOR, and we REPEATEDLY receive bills for talking to a secretary. I've called the office, asked for manager, never hear back and keep receiving bills.

This office doesnt even deserve 1 star. Im waiting to get a call back and its been 2 weeks now. Left multiple voicemails. Better off changing provider.
