Dr Issa M. Botros very good doctor very positive attitude such a big help I was super nervous and worried he made me so calm during my visit I just loved his energy great doctor defiantly recommend this urgent care just because they have a great doctor

Went into this location because I fell and thought my ankle/leg could be broken. I don’t think I’ll ever visit this location again. The doctor was the only person that showed professionalism and kindness. The nurse pushing me far to fast down the hall probably wouldn’t of rammed my leg into all the medical equipment in the hall if he were walking slow. I found it strange that he and another nurse laughed right in front of me, she literally said “wait for the Insurance to kick in before you do that”!!!! Just made me feel worse. They didn’t have crutches available so I hopped back to my car without help. Went to get my prescription the following day and that wasn’t sent to the pharmacy. Ugh. I’m in so much pain.

Service was fast. For that they get 1 star.
No one at any point tells you they will charge a one time fee of $300 free for "enrollment" because they claim saving your records for 3 years is going to cost that much.
The doctor who saw me charge for her time separately and then during examination gave me a massage on my neck for 7 minutes which cost me $97. At no point was disclosed that the physician or the massage was going to cost or how much. Do yourself a favor a go to office of a doctor because these guys cost me $605 for a less than 30 minute visit.

My experience at Province Urgent Care on Crenshaw and Sepulveda in Torrance was wonderful. Dr. Adwani - great. I highly recommend. , All the staff were friendly and helpful.
