Medical assistants are rude and have no bedside manner. Patients are obviously visiting the office because they're sick in some capacity, so the least they can do is show some care or sympathy. I understand their days are monotonous, but they shouldn't take their boredom out on the patients.

Doctors are great but front office is terrible. Constant mistakes and overall poor attitude. I understand that no one likes to work but have a little professionalism. In person is a bad experience and over phone is even worse.

I have been a patient for a many years at this place and decided to take my daughter there too when she turned 18 but I made a mistake when I choose her doctor (Anh Dao Chung) my daughter twisted her ankle a week ago we went to the ER and they recommend a orthopedic doctor so we are waiting a week a referral from this doctor and a note for my daughters job and still dont have, my daughter is waking on crutches and cant go out so much we being calling almost every day and until now we have no help, staff is rude does not help either and doctor unprofessional the only doctor good there is doctor Borovay (my doctor) and I give him a 5 stars if he runs this place alone will be the best. Be careful with the doctor you choose they can make you waste your time.

I have been a long time patient with providence but after running into this office, I will no longer use them for my health care needs. I made 2 appointments that were canceled, stating the reason was covid and they couldn't control it. (Whatever that means) Finally I made an appointment for 4 months away, I made the appointment in October 2022 for February 2023. They assured me that this appointment would not be canceled. This morning I received a phone call stating that they were once again going to cancel my appointment for February. Its a physical and they consider those NOT URGENT, DR is happy to reschedule me for April. I will not be going back to this awful office, they cant be bothered to keep appointments. Rude staff on the phone. I should not be receiving attitude from them when they call to cancel my appointment.
