image This is a very poorly managed clinic. I've sent a message to my primary physician using their patient portal twice requesting a referral and it's been 3 weeks with no reply or an update. Called their office only to find out that the messages does not get sent directly to the primary physician but gets sent to a queue instead and waits until someone sends it to the physician. What nonsense is this?

image While the specialist there has been nice to me, I feel like I've been going through hoops to get the help I need. Spoke on the phone with one of their office ladies and when I was trying to explain the situation they cut me off. I had to hold myself and told them that I was not finished. To cut someone off, one who is on disablity nonetheless, is very unprofessional. It shouldn't even matter that I'm disabled but if that's how I've been treated, I'm scared for how others are being treated.

image Poor customer service! It took for ever to fax blood work order and X-Ray for my daughter to the testing agency! After multiple follow ups we still dont get either results even they already have been done!
You pay your money for bad service very disappointing!
