Optum Physical Therapy

My first appt was 3 weeks out and was cancelled on day of appt. I rescheduled and 2 weeks out again and was cancelled on day of appt. Sadly my confident level is low with this office... even if I got in I wonder what kind of service will I get.

I haven't been able to make an appointment because no one answers the phone! The option to leave your phone number doesn't work either.

Physical therapist has been good. Unfortunately, the experience is ruined by the incompetent staff working at the front desk. Half of the times I called it is not possible to talk to someone without waiting 15-20min. Then, when you make an appointment (in person) and they give you a date and time written on a card, they don't put it in their system. So, when you show up, there is no appointment. Solution: come back another day after having wasted time and cancelled other commitments, or get treatment for 15-20 min. because that is all the time then therapist happens to have available until the next visit. Another disappointment from Optum, no surprises...

AJ is the best physical therapist I ever had. No matter what Physical Therapy is the best for you and they will teach you so many things youll never figure out on your own Better than the doctors better than the chiropractors and everyone else. I love this place.
