        I was looking for a podiatrist in the Torrance area and someone at Little Company of Mary recommended this office. As a new future patient I called to inquire for an appointment. The receptionist or person that answered the phone at 9:03am was so rude! Her tone was so negative what type of customer service do they provide? Is this a reflection of what the doctors are treating their patients? Has she heard of professionalism? Or first impressions? Doctors time for a new person to represent you

        Dr. Chu and all the staff of South Bay Podiatry are awesome! Friendly, professional, punctual, informative, and overall great bedside manner. I went in for a broken foot and they immediately got me on the right path to get healed. Always quick to answer the phone, and quick to get me into my appointments. Dr. Chu took the time needed to evaluate and answer all of my questions. Thank you!
