        Unreliable. Theyll take your money for an expedited test and then not meet their promised delivery time. We had to change our flight because of their delay. Dont use this company

        The staff werent very friendly and told me my results would be sent within the hour. Almost 3 hours later I still have not received anything and had to file a missing results report. Ive been waiting outside my job because they require a negative test for me to return thinking they would have been sent hours ago and still nothing. So far you have shown me a great amount of Unprofessionalism and Im not sure if I would use your services again or recommend this location to any friends or family.

        First off, they did not provide instructions on how to find the collection van in the parking lot. Took us some time to find, then we were 15 minutes late so when we arrived, they were closed for lunch and we had to wait 35 minutes for them to reopen. We were grateful that they still took us when they reopened. We had our appointment on Thursday. It is now Monday and we still have NO RESULTS!
