Koos Nearest Cleaners, Laundry and Alterations.

Went to take my suits to get dry cleaned, the place was completely closed and had a number that said to text for pickup. I texted the number yesterday around 4-5 and they said they would pick it up, have not heard back from them since and it's 11 AM on Sunday. I even messaged again this morning and still heard nothing back. Unprofessional service I would reccomend going elsewhere if you need something cleaned or altered in an ideal time.

Today I received a court judgment against Koos Nearest Clears in excess of $400 for destroying my personal property (a ball gown) and failing to deliver on prepaid services (alternations). The business did not show up to court. If the court judgement isn't paid, I plan to pursue a lien on their assets until I recover my losses.

This business is closed. Padlocks on doors with a sign that says go to their other location to pick up your clothes or call a number

Had to get some pants hemmed and a jacket altered. Both were done quickly and perfectly and the price was great. Ill be going here from now on dry cleaning and alterations.

They did a great job on my dress. I went to the beach and had professional photos taken. One of the photos I had to get on the rocks and tar got all over my dress. My dress was all white with pink florals. I don't know how he did it but he got it out. I was amazed .
