    First, let me say I've been buying jewelry here for years. But, this time was the last time. I took my beautiful Amethyst bracelet to them for a add a safety chain. They had done one for me before so I was sure they could do another great job. Little did I know they were going to ruin my bracelet.Instead of calling me and asking me if they could drill holes into the Sterling Silver bracelet, to which the answer would have been NO, they just did it, ruing the shank. They removed the two extender rings to use for the safety chain meaning I could no longer wear the bracelet. The extender rings were soldered on and made the bracelet the perfect length. Instead of cutting the rings they actually cut the bracelet and soldered it back flat. So, the end was no longer rounded. When I tried to put the bracelet on, which has never been an issue, I could not get it on because it was way to short and way to tight. The woman there tried to help me fasten it. Unfortunately, her EXCESSIVELY long nail prevented her from doing anything. She repeated numerous times that she couldn't get it on. If you want to follow a trend, great for you. When it keeps you from doing your job, it has to go.While I was arguing with her she offered to put two rings on. But, since it was obvious she wasn't going to be able to do it with those mile long nails and the woman where with her was no help, trying to ignore what was going on. I declined. Besides, I didn't want some cheap metal rings on my Sterling Silver.About this time, another customer walked in and she decided that I was no longer worth helping and there was no longer anything she could do or suggest and decided to ignore me.I've taken the bracelet to a couple of jewelers, who actually do their repairs in their stores instead of sending them out, and they agree the bracelet is ruined. The shank is compromised and not worth saving. They were mortified and wanted to know who would do something like this? This is not the way to put a safety chain on and they have ruined and compromised the shank.I'm going to be taking the bracelet to the Jew and Gem show to see if I can get the stones put into a new setting. I am going to take the bill to Gold Italia.

    I would highly recommend. Ken and his team at Gold Italia did an incredible job helping me create my fiance's dream engagement ring and wedding band. 1. Communication. Incredible. I had ideas for the rings and showed him several pictures, within a few days he had examples and designs to show me - he nailed it! He was clear about expectations and budget and continued to revisit the discussions through out the process. 2. Service and expertise. I did not know much about rings and was scared to start the process. He taught me everything I needed to know, the do's and do-not's, and the red flags of purchasing jewelry and diamonds. He was punctual and extremely kind and considerate. They really care about the customer and making them happy. He made a daunting process very easy and stress free. 3. Trustworthiness. This is a well run, trusted, family business. I would trust Ken and the team with anything. He had great follow through and very honest the entire time. 4. Most importantly - My Fiance is still staring and adoring the ring. Again, I had zero issues and wouldn't change a thing about working with Gold Italia. I wish I would give 100 stars. This was all done over the phone and cross country. I had 0 concern throughout the whole process and really trusted them. Support smaller family businesses!!

    I had such a pleasant experience with Karina and the other female sales associate that assisted me. I can't get over the difference working with kind, honest professionals makes. I had a great time at this store and was able to get the items I wanted for reasonable prices. I started by sending an email to this business inquiring about a specific piece of jewelry I was searching for. Karina promptly emailed me back soon after the store opened and gave me accurate information while also providing great customer care! I told Karina I wanted to shop local instead of purchasing online and she notified me they had what I was looking for! I arrived at the store and began looking around as Karina was helping other customers. We all had fun chatting (socially distanced with masks) and looking at jewelry. As Karina helped the other customers, another associate came out to assist me. It was such a nice, intimate experience and all customers in the store received individualized care. I had a lot of fun viewing the different pendants and chains- the selection is awesome! This store has great sales, a vast selection, and totally delightful associates.
