Farmers Insurance - Charles Hong

I was very lucky to come across my Farmers agent, Mr. Hong, after having my prior State Farm agent exaggerate what he could do for me and my family. I've used Mr. Hong and his team for over 15 years now for both auto and home insurance and they've been nothing but honest, thorough, kind and very professional with me and my entire family. It's been super easy contacting him with any of my concerns, big or small. I can honestly say I've never been dissatisfied and trust me... I'm not ashamed to change any services in a heartbeat for the benefit of my family. If you are smart and want the very best, you definitely should contact him. Mr. Hong consistently went above and beyond to help me both before and after I was in an accident. He tried to share with me the various ways to save money on my policies and let me know of ways to bundle insurance while making sure my family and I were completely covered in case of anything. When I was involved in an accident, he helped with setting up the appraisal for the damage and helped me feel better after what was a trying time and answered all my questions over the phone. I have and would highly recommend Mr. Hong to anyone!

When i was rear ended last year, I was so grateful that Charles was there to help me get thru the headache. I can't recommend a better agent. He's helped me with my life insurance policy and answers all my insurance questions. He gets 5 stars for being available when I'm in need and always making sure I'm taking care of.

Charles has been my agent for many many years and I couldn’t be happier! As someone who struggles with getting through some of the insurance jargon, Charles takes the time to make sure all of my questions are answered. He always tries to find ways to give the best possible pricing because he cares. His customer service is top notch!
