We shopped around a lot for a new couch, checking out most of the furniture stores in the area, although not the biggest showroom they had the best selection and the staff were Super helpful friendly without being pushy. We ended up buying our couch yesterday it was a super easy ordering process. Cant wait to get it.

I got a good deal on the couch. The process of buying the couch is like buying a used car. I was told the prices reduced because they couldnt fit it into the room of the previous buyer. I had to come in person when I couldve easily ordered it online, you need to fix your process of how to buy a couch. Look at your competitors. I would never do it again. The only reason I got a great deal is because it was almost like you drove a car off the lot and I was rebuying it. Not impressed at all with the process of paperwork. I just felt like I needed a lawyer. For the delivery, they expect me to sit around all day long while they cant plan a time to deliver the couch very very bad
