The customer service was good. My complaint was that my mother didn't look as expected. I specifically requested that her hair and makeup be a certain way. When I showed up to do a final inspection and was throughly disappointed. I had to do my mother's hair and makeup. I'd added a flower to her hair for the final touch. I have before and after pictures. She looked much better and then I was satisfied. It was very hard for me to do this much. I wanted her to be pretty during this difficult time. I brought this to their attention, and they didn't address it, so I had to go to my car and grab some items to make this happen. I felt like they could have done a better job. I did, and that's not my profession.

STAY AWAY. They went through with the service my loved one with out telling the children and family .They also made a mistake on not getting a death certificate. No compassion, just greed. This is an awful place.they werent able to put her to rest and the family

This is purely on someone that cut me off just right now driving your company van..... Olán ahead before trying to merge into a lane right before you're arriving to your location... zbefore you end up killing someone .....
