        Very helpful services amazing work

        Paid $349 (insane!) to have them install a dishwasher. At the end there was a 1 inch gap between the dishwasher and the baseboard. They send the installer out again to fix it but he was 45 min late and we couldn't accommodate his visit. I asked for a partial refund of the work performed, which they didn't entertain. Poor customer service.

        They used to be great. Then company got sold and are now rip-off artists.

        Ritz plumbing . Definitely scammers . We had a slow leak in the tub . So they sent 2 plumbers just for a service call.  Got a quote for $1,800 . Only valve stem (washer seat ) only cost $1 . LucasPlumbing honest and trusting co before they got bought out by Ritz.
