Leaving this up until Finleys resolves the situation. my neighbor gets regular tree work done by Finley, and I always allow them to access my property to do their trees. The last time they came, they did not pick up the dirt and debris at all, and left the side of my house a mess. There is dirt, wood chips, and debris, even leading all the way up to my doorstep and going into my house. This is unacceptable and not how a tree service should operate. If you care about the condition of your neighbors property you may want to consider a different company.

This company has no regard for property. Today the company was hired by my neighbor to trim a tree that hangs over my yard and instead of preparing our backyard for branches falling from over 40feet they just left the furniture and dropped a ton of tree all over the backyard furniture, garden, market lights and my car.

We have used Finley's for many years on a variety of different projects and they have always been professional and highly skilled.  They are on time and explain clearly the situation to those who understand these projects and those who don't without being intimidating or patronizing.  On the most recent project I dealt with Scott Finley and foreman Jose Torres and they were great.  It was a sudden tree problem due to all the wind we had recently and scheduling and planning for it was easy and fast.  Cleanup was detailed and quick and the paperwork was clear, concise and handled very efficiently.

Can I do a no star?Ok, why would you have a rude undisciplined Evan, talking to customers when he has no social skills.  I politely called him this morning regarding a tree your company trimmed, and when I was simply trying to get information as in who did what, he decides he's too busy to talk to me, AND HANGS UP ON ME!  Who does that?  Definitely not a Professional, so know the type of people running this business.  Unprofessional and unhelpful to the public.  How is Evan so busy to talk, when part of his job, is to actually talk to customers etc.  Why do you have a short temper person doing customer service?  Just a horrible representation of your business.  Very unpleasant to try and have a decent conversation with.  Unbelievable.  Shame on you for having hour employees trained to hang up on people inquiring about the work you do, when they feel they are too busy to talk.  Very unprofessional.
