        Funny experience customer service asks me to go here to figure out a billing issue, the guy at the counter sends me straight back to customer service shaking his head ... Additionally I came to return a t-mobile gateway and I am asked to go to office depot to print a shipping label for a a dollar fifty. Not sure why I came here...

        Best customer service Ive had from a service provider in a long time. It was time for an upgrade and Ive heard great things about T-Mobile so I decided to stop by this Torrance location. Customer rep Jay was working. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the services and products. He helped me to switch providers/plans as well as helped me to also switch internet providers and everything was done with ease. Ive had nothing but a positive experience and it is highly recommended that anyone visit this location, especially if customer service is important to you. A+++
