        Drove to Torrance to test drive an XT6 at advertised price of $34995. After test drive Daniel the sales rep. Says by the way Penske puts these extras on to protect the car, $2000 more. Otto the sales manager wasn't any better, suggesting maybe I should go back to Infiniti and buy a car there. Will do Otto, as long as I don't do business with this dealership.

        Customer service was poor at Penske Cadillac! Trying to negotiate an online deal on a 2024 CT5; Was like pulling nails! Photos couldn't be provided as requested etc.. I gave up on pursuing a deal. That was my experience. Best of luck Bob

        Terrible service. Ive been trying to contact the commercial department for almost a week and they never answer the phone. The regular sales department always saves my number to call me back and I havent received any email or call so far. It looks like they dont wanna get a commission selling a brand new car, thats crazy! Worst customer service ever!
