        Horrible experience, cost my job site a lot of $$$$. Delays, confusion with the staff and finally got only 1/2 of my lumber order delivered, 3 days late. They had to refund the rest and held my funds for 3 days. Never again

        We were having a hard time sourcing a specific tile from Lowes, and it wouldnt have been able to be delivered for several weeks. I googled the name of the tile, and am so happy The Build Club came up in my search results. They were able to deliver the tiles in less than 24 hours, and their delivery fee was lower than Lowes would have been. The delivery driver was prompt and courteous. I will absolutely turn the The Build Club again in the future!

        We are very impressed and happy with the outstanding customer service! There communication from the time we placed our order to the time we received our order was excellent! They arrived on the date and time they said they would. That doesnt happen. We would recommend this company to anyone who has a need for building supplies.
