        The new model of service is good. If a line forms staff will swarm and pull you out of the line to help you out. At chases competitor bank I end up waiting 5 10 minutes each time... there are plenty of counters and few staff. Chase is a bit quicker to serve walk ins and you can book appointments

        This is the worst Chase branch in the country. Only 1 teller window. This location should be identified as ATM rather than a branch. I highly recommend a different branch if you need teller transactions.

        I visited this branch today. The teller was unwelcoming and unprofessional. The money machine was not working properly (her opinion) and I can hear her cursing. I was not offered a receipt for my as she was dismissive. Chase can do better at hiring.
